I have been doing my taxes for 6 hears now with Turbo Tax. I would never think of going anywhere else.
Simple, and peace of mind when completed.
What's great about it: Simple, thoughtfull, thorough

I got kicked out of your Advantage program and had to re-sign up for your services by phone. My data in your files is still not current and I am presently not an Advantage member because my file is not updated.
What's great about it: Simple and easy to use

I had not used Turbo Tax for many years and was very impressed in the new approach and design. The fact that you can save your file and work at your own speed makes the tax filing a non pain full process.
What's great about it: Simple questions clearly asked and understood.
What's not so great: Really no negative aspects.

Turbo Tax 2014 Makes Preparing Taxes Easy

I have used Turbo Tax and Quicken for years. It allows me to prepare my taxes in minutes.
What's great about it: Easy, Flexible, Links to Quicken, allows forms mode, online filing
What's not so great: Doesn't allow easily "What I" analysis for the following year

I wish you would not push your extra services every time I go to a specific data entry point. Once is enough. As for ambiguity, I cannot remember the exact spot, but it had to do with the OBJECT of the calculation -- was it THIS amount or THAT one?
What's great about it: Quick, clear
What's not so great: Occasional ambiguity in instructions or examples
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Anyone who pays a tax preparer should give Turbo Tax a try....you'll never go back to the high cost of a personal tax preparer.
