Another Home Run!

I have been using Turbo Tax Deluxe since 2006! I LOVE IT! It transfers my previous year information and asks me if there are any changes. I can quickly input my current information and it does the rest! I know it costs a little more than some other programs but the ease of this program makes it worth it!
What's great about it: Easy to use, Transferred important information from last year

resolving problems !!!

It took your very able help assistant (Stepheny) and her supervisor over 1 hour while on shared screen to correct the problem. I still don't know how or why the this happened.
What's great about it: The assistant that I talked with was EXCELLANT, extremely helpful and patient.
What's not so great: The program appears to have entered information on it's own and I was not able to remove it on my own.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

My Worst TurboTax Experience

This was my worst experience with TurboTax since I started in 1996. Federal was good, except when I wanted to print a page or two, I had to make a PDF image, save it, then print the image. First time ever I encountered this roundabout time waster.
I made a mistake in my State taxes. Wanted to start over. No way was that allowed. I spent hours trying to get around it. Had to go back and modify entries individually. I hope the state accepts what I did.
This will be my last time for TurboTax. It has gotten less user friendly in the past 5 - 6 years.

What's great about it: All the regular good stuff- lots of filled in data, did all calculations, etc
What's not so great: would not print. Had to go PDF, then print the PDF. Could not re-do State.

The interview process lets me catch the items that apply to me, and skip the ones that are not applicable. This is a time saver, but it also gives me the comfort that I am not missing any possible deductions
What's great about it: the interview process makes this very straightforward. I like being able to go back and drill down
