Great product. The only issue I had with it is that, for a few special circumstances I wasn't able to find where the step-by-step entries were. This had to do with self-employment medical premiums, etc.
What's great about it: easy to read and follow
What's not so great: had to use the "view forms" section a few times
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

All the laws that change are a headache.
What's great about it: Software easy to follow
What's not so great: Have to be so careful in the answers you choose....can create an error that Turbo Tax couldn't catch.

Easy and thorough

What's not so great: had to totally restart just to efile as a new update come on line while I was working on taxes

I use this program every year and even if I owe it walks me thru everything to try and get me the best refund possible.

No Stress!

I feel like TURBO TAX had "me in mine" when they became a part of the tax filing system (since I tend to procrastinate) and it certainly does help when you know the process will be smooth sailing. Strongly suggest, you have all your forms, documents, etc in a folder so that you can easily access them when needed.
What's great about it: Constant "Checks & Balances" throughout
What's not so great: Fee for STATE FILING

Painless and Cost Effective

As compared to using a professional tax preparer, who charges by the sheet, Turbo Tax was cost effective. Intuitive, this software answers my wonderings concisely or explains why decisions are made on appropriateness of potential deductions. We don't have the time nor the expertise to understand tax language or the updates. Turbo Tax did the research and enabled us to enter data confidently. I especially appreciate the feature, "It's Deductible." Pre-this software, these deductions were painfully time consuming. If "It's Deductible" were available years ago, we would have additional deductions. Terrific feature and most appreciated.
What's great about it: Uploading information from previous year was done in a matter of moments, accurately and into the proper boxes or lines.
