There are a few typos (says LESS vs PLUS on summary page) and MT State return is not fully automated.

More cumbersome this year

Had to redo several times, as a previous file wouldn't or couldn't be found on the new computer. Then the State I didn't want to use anyway, couldn't be deleted. Had to delete the entire file and start over again. Very frustrating!
There needs to be a little more attentiveness to transitioning details and instructions.
And I have no clue why the previous file wouldn't or couldn't be seen on this new Win8.1 computer. That was a big frustration!
But the worst part was having to delete everything and start over again because there was no way to delete just the state return, which I didn't have to file.
What's great about it: easy to follow Q&A

I could not get the 2013 program to read my 2012 tax return that was on my computer. Did not have this problem in the past years - I have used TurboTax for 8 years.
What's great about it: I like the guided entries
What's not so great: did not catch an impossible entry on SS med deduction

Still a great product, But...

Turbo Tax is a great product and I have been using it for years. My one pet peeve is that I stopped using MS Windows 3 years ago and switched to LINUX and all Open Source. Every year I have to scramble (cursing every step of the way) to set up a Windows OS just so I can file with Turbo Tax. A love/hate relationship every year.
What's great about it: Easy to use, great instructions
What's not so great: NO WAY TO RUN THE APP UNDER LINUX!!

Paying off my Car!

There were tax credits for myself and my daughter for us attending college this year. I am so thankful that TurboTax did all the calculating to determine which credits we should take.
What's great about it: Information automatically transferred from 2012 tax return and 2013 state return only took 5 minutes.
What's not so great: I started this return online and had to completely start over with the disk.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Another Great Year with TurboTax

Having used TurboTax for over ten years, I highly recommend this tax return product. I have the utmost confidence that my tax returns are accurate and that the product has extracted every dime of savings that I am due.
What's great about it: A very efficient and comprehensive process. Left no stone unturned.

Filing is a breeze

I use Turbo Tax every year to do my family income taxes. It's so easy. Without this product, reporting dividends, for example, might become complicated. With TurboTax you just put down all the information from the boxes on the 1099 forms and TurboTax does all the work. I love it.
What's great about it: Turbotax asks you the questions, you just need to answer

Easy Peasy!

It was so surprising that I could actually do my own taxes! I hate accounting and numbers, so it was extremely intimidating to even buy TurboTax. But after seeing the commercials on TV of other people doing it, I made the leap. I'm happy to say that I feel confident with the entire process and the results. Thank you, TurboTax!
