Simple handling of multi-state return

Great product as usual.
What's great about it: Handled 2 states without any issue
What's not so great: Could expose more of the method for adjusting income for each state on backup forms

So Far So Good

Everything was very EZ, TurboTax asked me about everything In my life, Don't think I missed one deduction!!!
What's great about it: Very EZ
What's not so great: Had a little problem editing amounts
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Thanks again for making my tax evening smooth and easy.
Was hesitant using the program this year after last years complications. Last year something went wrong with the program and I had to use the 800 help line. This nice young man stayed on the phone with me for 3 hours until my taxes were complete. Remarkably satisfied with him and his patience and support. Thought this year something would go wrong again, but figured what the (heck) and purchased the program and away I went.
Everything is cool.
Keep up the good work!!!

Confident that the tax returns will be accurate

I've prepared my own tax returns for over thirty years and used Turbo Tax for about half that time. I use Turbo Tax to prepare a number of returns each year. There are things that I like about it but some things I don't like. The biggest issue is how long it takes to prepare a tax return using this software. It needs to be organized differently and skip all the screens that are advertisements or simply warm and fuzzy to help speed up the process. Also needed is one form or worksheet that would contain all of the amounts that have been entered for easy of verification. It doesn't help to have separate forms such as 1099's, W-2's or contribution worksheets.
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: Very time consuming for complex returns
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

The EasySted doesn't really jump ahead to where you left off. It always forces you to cycle through the same pages to get to where you want.
Wouldn't let me efile and gave no reason why I couldn't even after I downloaded the updates.

Frustrating

Needs to get a whole lot better at the end of the return process to print the return and "find" the E File button easily.
What's great about it: nice step by step
What's not so great: gets locked in an almost step like "print return" and only shows the print review screen!!!

Worked well . . . until the end

Product worked great, just as it has in past years. When I was ready to finalize things, though, it had to update 5 times. I had to keep restarting the program. What a pain.
What's great about it: Easy to use, mostly
What's not so great: Kept updating before letting me transmit. 5 times!
