First Time Filing Taxes By Myself!

Intiuit's TurboTax for 2013 is simple to use and straightforward. They also provide further detailed definitions of many terms on their website through the help links. Also, I like that I can save copies of my returns in .pdf format straight from the program.
What's great about it: Easy to use, gives option to e-file
What's not so great: Needed to install a couple of updates before I could file

Turbo Tax has gotten better and is easier to use every year and covers almost all of my tax situations, there is one tax/fee in our state that Turbo Tax does not allow us to address but overall it is great. I will be using it again next year and I might add my Mom decided to use it this year since I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now and her tax person has been dropping the ball the last few years.
What's great about it: Easy to use and quick
What's not so great: Was not able to address all of my concerns

Turbotax mistakes

Turbotax has never properly handled form CSA 1099R. Turbotax treats it as an IRA, but it is an annuity. I always have to make adjustments because Turbotax does not work properly.
What's not so great: Some forms are mishandled year after year

Not As User Friendly as Previous Years!

I have used Turbo Tax for years so could compare changes made for 2013. It was not as user friendly. I was disappointed in the changes that have been made and don't know if I will use it in the future.
What's not so great: Not as user friendly as it previously was.

Great Product

Great product I have been using for several years. Carry forward from previous year and downloadable 1099's make things reall straight forward.
What's great about it: Easy, fast, well layed out
What's not so great: Some recalculation/correction after updates

HUGE disappointment

Have used TurboTax (on-line) for many years.
Love the product; does a great job walking through possibilities, etc.
HUGE disappointment when I bought a CD version this year...
At startup it asked for previous year files, just like the on-line version. Except on-line version keeps the previous files for me. CD version couldn't find them on my PC; same PC for last three years. Was able to import "limited" previous year data from my 2012 .PDF file. Limited means darn little...
