Decent, but could be betterI

Mostly straightforward to use, but guidance in some sections would help. For instance, reporting estimated taxes paid is a bit tricky. You're supposed to report the SCHEDULED estimated taxes from the previous year's return, even though some of those taxes may have been paid this year, not in the tax year. Situations like this should be brought to the attention of the user.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to use wizard format.
What's not so great: Would be nice to be able to mark a section "done" so can flag sections you know are not.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've used Turbo Tax for several years and I'm constantly impressed with how easy it is to use. It's Deductible is a great help; there's no need to compare any other software
What's great about it: Guided all the way easily
What's not so great: nothing

We use it every year. its easy, anyone can use it. I would tell everyone how great it is. anyone can do thier own taxes.

Really makes doing my taxes easy.
What's great about it: I liked the transfer of info from one year to another
What's not so great: Kind of hard to find certain areas when working on specific items

My fourth review. This time not happy

Spent several days, starting from scratch installing, uninstalling and installing again. Still unable to e-file.
Paid for it did not get it now have to wait several weeks for my return.
What I have read on help pages I am not the only one with this problem.
I have been a customer for years. This year was a nightmare and will be waiting for my return.
