Turbo Tax is really easy to use. You don't need to be an accountant to use it even though accountants will enjoy how automated entries can be. I like the timely answers I received to my tax questions from the Turbo Tax community support.
What's great about it: Easy to use, I like the support to my tax questions.

Stress-Free Tax Prep

TurboTax is an easy way to accomplish a task that is not always a pleasant one. It is easy to approach the task a bit at a time, saving the progress you have made on return and picking up where you have left off at a later time. The most difficult part is being sure you have all of the documentation needed to complete the return.
What's great about it: Easy to complete and peace of mind

Not as easy as I thought it would be

It was alright, for the money I paid for the program.
What's great about it: Didn't have to pay someone else for me to do what I have to even with this program
What's not so great: Not as helpful as I thougth. Still having issues printing. Never had them in the past.

Four Hours and Done!

I keep detailed spreadsheets for all of my expenses and file tax documents in one folder as they come in electronically or by snail mail, so I am ready to get started on my tax return as soon as I buy Turbo Tax Deluxe each year. Before I started using Turbo Tax, there were glitches in my returns every year because of minor math mistakes--that difficulty is eliminated with Turbo Tax! Additionally, once the computer does the updates for the program [which CAN take some time], I can knock out my federal and state returns in under FIVE hours! This used to take me a couple of days by hand. And, with eFile, no more racing to the post office to get there before midnight on April 15th, and no more annoying errors to trip up my returns!
What's great about it: The step-by-step process is easy to use.
What's not so great: Updating all computer systems in preparation takes a bit of time...

This was the easiest Turbo Tax software I have used in the 10+ years I have been filing electronically with Turbo Tax. Thanks!
What's great about it: The step-by-step for self employment Sch. C was much easier to complete.
What's not so great: Nothing to speak of.

couldnt print copies of taxes

turbo tax doesnt let you print taxes so you are forced to pay e-file fee for the state tax its not fair
What's great about it: you do it yourself
What's not so great: had to efile state tax cause couldnt print not fair
