straight forward

I have used Turbo tax for many years with varied tax situations, self- employed, rental income, etc. The ease of use keeps me coming back every year.
However, I find it hard to get back quickly to where I left off if I have to deviate from the interview steps to make changes. It is also somewhat difficult to delete mistaken forms which makes it confusing when sorting for filing. Those are only minor annoyances which don't stop me form using Turbo tax every year.

Have used TurboTax for three years now. Seems to get faster each year. Will continue using it as long as I continue getting this great service.
What's great about it: Seems quicker every year and I save so much money
What's not so great: This years program seemed to have some "bugs". Told me I left off information that I know I typed in.

;;;Following the steps, I was a little confused at the end specifically , where to print out my file copy (I e-filed) As it was, I ended up printing before the final question was asked. Other than that small issue I remain a loyal user. I can't imagine how much time it would take me to do this return long hand!!!
What's great about it: step by step review; electronic transfer of financial data
What's not so great: a little confsing at end

Easy As Pie

Using TurboTax year after year makes filing my tax return super easy. My info is imported from the previous year and saves me a lot of time. I like that I can work on my taxes from the comfort of home. The software is very user friendly. Why go anywhere else?

I have used Turbo Tax since it was first launched. Every year it gets easier, not b/c I am an expert but because the software is better designed. I can't imagine how the taxing authorities could ever expect compliance without this technology!
What's great about it: Better each year
What's not so great: Would benefit from 1099 INT/DIV questions to adjust Form 8960
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

This was my first time doing my own taxes.... And it was not bad at all! I was always worried I might miss something... but TurboTax made it simple and easy.
What's great about it: If I got stumped... It was easy to type in my question and get instant answers!

Turbo Tax gets better every year, no matter what may arise as far as my finances go, i know Turbo Tax will make it easy to account for and address any and all changes or anomalies
