Had a lot of trouble e-filing my tax returns. I have an iMac, and you should let users know that you need to;
1. Remove the TT disk
2. Then do the software updates if it tells you to do so.
3. Restart the computer
4. Resend your tax forms

It finally worked for me. I've been a long time user, and this is the first time I've had problems, but it's nerve racking to have trouble with TT at this stage of the game!

Buggy Software

I felt a bit uneasy about using the Desktop TT because of all the errors I received while using TT. I don't like to get error messages when I am working with personal and confidential information. The 2013 Desktop version was more "buggy" acting than the 2012 Desktop version.

easy to use.detailed instructions,helps keep mistakes to a min.

I got a little confused when I got a message to go back to federal return because I did not include an estimate for state tax. I thought the state tax I had paid as reported on the w-2 had not been recorded. I probably wasted 20 minutes before I figured out it was not the same thing. Other than that it went smoothly.

I had our car which I use for business a few hundred miles a year was stolen. The myriad of questions concerning depreciation and basis left me bewildered and fearful.
