I have used turbo tax for 5 years for my business and personal. Feel very comfortable on the results.
What's great about it: the guided tour keeps everything in focus

Makes taxes so much easier to file. Like how it compares the previous year to current year. New tax laws it identified saved me more!
What's great about it: Easy to follow, simple, accurate

Very frustrating

In years past I have had great success with filing my personal taxes. This year I have already tried four times to e-file and it just won't go. I pray it will work this time.
What's great about it: All paper work and information is withing reach without leaving home.
What's not so great: I have had a terrible time this year e-filing, not sure yet it will work.

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 16 years and it continues to amaze me with how well it works. Simple, no tricks, it's GREAT!!

Using Turbo tax year after year gets easier and easier with the information transfers

I have used this program for 6 years, and like it a lot. At one time I had a CPA do my stuff, and found out he used the program too. Easy to use and file.
What's great about it: easy to follow and thurough
What's not so great: had to restart to get downloads for e-filing to work

Too much time to enter, Question UpSelling

Turbo Tax is too slow and riddled with upselling of products, reference info is limited and still have to search the web for answers. I plan to take this to my tax accountant and review..
