Turbotax is a good product and seems to be very accurate. However, I feel the user guides and documentation could be much better. For example, when l wanted to better understand the hom residence energy credit the online references were not sufficiently detailed. Also, if a user desires to flip back and forth between a "forms" approach and the "interview" approach better user instructions are needed.
What's great about it: Good accuracy on calcs
What's not so great: online help

TTax is great

I love Turbo Tax. This is my 22nd year of using and it's always made the tax-filing season as stress-free as possible. I recommend for anyone.
What's great about it: Easy to use walk-through or choose your forms
What's not so great: Can't think of any!

I like that everything carries over from last year. Just drop in the new numbers.
What's great about it: Education expenses for college easier to enter and understand this year.
What's not so great: Price could be lower.

Turbotax makes doing taxed almost painless

I have been using Turbotax for years and feel that it is well worth the price. I really like the interview format and that it transfers data from one year to the next.
