Problems loading CD version

Bought Turbo Tax Deluxe at Office Depot and it wouldn't load on my Mac (suspect dvd/cd drive issues. Phone support quickly helped me get a downloadable version.
What's great about it: Quick help and short turn around solution

Why I am disappointed in Turbo Tax

For some reason I seemed to have problems when I would go back to check or change something status etc, i know the tax law came late this year, but I am VERY disappointed in Turbo tax this year. Oh yes and your New Jersey state effort was worse
What's great about it: I can't say I have any this year
What's not so great: I don't think Turbo Tax put the resources in there software effort this year.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy and Painless

Have used Turbo Tax for over a decade. It just seems to get better and easier, every year. Kudos to the developers and all of the contributors.
What's great about it: User friendly, able to do nearly all of my taxes.
What's not so great: unable to do my city taxes

2013 Tax Time

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 5 years. It gets better and better every year. I initially walked through all the options but now just go to sections I completed last year. Comparing last year to this year is a great help.
I love importing donations from Its Deductible. They automatically give you prices for items so I don't have to guess on value.
What's great about it: easy to use links to ItsDeductable

Good program

I've used TurboTax for many years and it's a very good program except for printing forms. With a 2-sided printer the last page of the federal form comes out on the front of the file instructions for the state form. I had to reprint the last federal form manually.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Printing with 2-sided printer is a pain

I liked this product because it is not very complicated to use and it is very accurate. My tax return is not very complex and this product serve my purpose. It simplified the process of filing my state and federal taxes.

my TurboTax experience

This is the 10th or 11th time I have used TurboTax to do my taxes. Each year, the program gets better and better. The current version is easy to use and gives options to use a guided approach or go it at your own pace. The included Its Deductible makes donation estimation a snap.
What's great about it: Such ease of preparation. I felt like a pro!
What's not so great: A little slow going from one section to another

strange when printing out return

My "print preview" is unreadable
What's great about it: easy to enter pertinent information
What's not so great: when I printed a copy of my return, it was unlegible!--in another language??
