Smart, Fun and Easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years now. Wow it is really nice when you have the previous year's info as it all gets loaded in for you. I find this actually very fun to do - just follow the instructions and answer the questions. And then it is so easy to do the state return, and then e-file. No worries about mathematical errors.
What's great about it: So easy to just follow the instructions
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Updating information that was transferred from last year was a major plus for me for the past few years. I got a free copy of the H&R Block software, but I had to figure things out. I have been a turbo tax customer for years. A little break on the price for loyal customers would be nice.
What's great about it: Seemed Easier than last year

Great Program

This Program was very easy to use. Its my 3rd year using it. I found I had made or missed entering some information and going back to make the corrections was a breeze. I was using the Deluxe version.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: a form wasn't availible

I've used Turbo Tax several years. I pay for it and I feel it's the best way to go. This year it was easier to navigate than ever before.
What's great about it: Much easier to navigate from area to area.
What's not so great: Shorten filing process. Call attention to errors at the time instead of later.
