I have been using this product for 10 yrs with success. I would recommend TurboTax to everyone. No knowledge of taxes needed.
What's great about it: Makes filing your tax return painless.

Don't Mix Online and Download from one year to ano

For many years I have used TurboTax and have found it to be very easy in many ways. Easy to navigate, easy to compare from year to year, easy to download information from financial institutions. For 2012, I decided to use the online version for the first time. Big mistake: None of the above were easy. For 2013,I went back to a download version of TurboTax.
BUT I AM READU FOR NEXT YEAR. No more online for me!

No pain with TurboTax

This is a wonderful product. I see no need for changes. I know TurboTax always changes for improvement, but I was very happy with the product. The DELUXE worked great even with stocks and a home move.
What's great about it: Wording was well worded, with no vague directions. Adapted well to me, not just a generic path of questions.
What's not so great: None

It's nice but had problem with import from previous year. Went thru with what it did forward and it came up with me paying more than what I earned.
However it was a fluke and I still think this is a great product to use.
