The easy tax return

Once again, my return went great. I have to file Federal and 2 states, and Turbo Tax really does simplify the multi state process. Thanks again!

What's great about it: Like the simplified interface
What's not so great: Sometimes the back button goes back more screens than expected. Ohio School District tax filing is not clear

I've used this for years now and Turbo tax provides easy to understand questions and tax forms making an even difficult tax filling easier.

Couldn't e-file

I really like the TurboTax program. It is easy to use and covers all the bases. I had my taxes done by a CPA last year, and did them myself with TurboTax this year. Everything aligned very consistently with the professional, so I'm happy with the quality of the program. When I attempted to e-file, I kept getting an error message that I was unable to e-file, as there were updates available. I checked for updates multiple times, and finally gave up, and printed and mailed my returns. This is frustrating, as the purchase price included e-file, so extra cost and time incurred for mailing.
What's great about it: Easy format
What's not so great: Unable to e-file.
