Comprehensive, but very glitchy

Every year the Turbo Tax forms become more user friendly. Importing the W-2 is a nice addition, but I've had issues with the program running on OSX (10.9). The biggest issues was that it keeps needing to download the same software update over and over and it would not allow me to efile without the update. Luckily I was able to (after several restarts) restart the program and quickly send the e-file before the software update glitch resurfaced. Hopefully I'll be able to get past that problem again when I finish my wife's taxes...
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: Software issues on Mac 10.9

I enjoy using Turbo Tax to get the job done.
What's great about it: Walk through taxes by turbo tax
What's not so great: Really none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used TurboTax for at least 10 years now, and have been extremely happy with the ease and speed of filing my taxes. Having to pay has nothing to do with them, had to do with my income.
Would highly recommend this product.

What's not so great: When going back sometimes you have to redo a couple of things

I've been using Turbo Tax for years, and I really like how easy it is to use, especially "It's Deductible". Filing my taxes is a lot less scary thanks to Turbo Tax.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 5 years now and it just keeps getting easier each year. The only drawback is the cost but isn't everything that's good going up.
