Easy with High refund

Overall very very happy with turbotax!
What's great about it: for the most part very easy to navigate
What's not so great: a llittle confusion with error correction matching what was entered

Taxes Made EZ

Even though my 2012 tax year information was not available due to a portable hard drive crash, entering the information and completing my 2013 taxes was relatively easy and painless. The only downside was that although we're getting a refund from the Federal, we owe the State. But that's not the fault of Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Simple & straightforward to use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy and fast

All the instructions from 'how to load the software' to how to submit your return electronically are simple and easy to read and follow.
It's great not to have to re-enter basic information each year. Turbo tax simply brings the information forward from the previous year's return.

Still a good deal and easy and I use turbo tax every year
What's great about it: walk thru
What's not so great: if you stop and save and dont take you right back where you left off

Got a bigger fed refund than expected

We are supposed to get a free state return which I assume means free e-filing. However there is a charge. It is not clear if free state return means free e file. That need to be clear and up front. I had this issue before.

Fast and Easy

I dreaded filing my taxes, however; Turbo Tax made it easier than I thought it would be. After my Dad passed away in 2013 I worried how I was going to file, however with the step-by-step process, Turbo Tax guided me through the process. Turbo Tax is definitely an awesome product to use, which takes the fear of filing your taxes.
What's great about it: Walked me through what to file after my Dad passed. Extremely helpful!
