easy as pie once again

Wonderfully easy to go through the process-It took more time to get the paperwork together before I began than it took to do my taxes! I've used TurboTax for at least a decade and each year you manage to simplify the whole deal!

Difficult to Complete

When I imported information from my investment firm everything was entered correctly on the forms. However when the accuracy of the return was checked for errors it detected four errors. Three of them where because the information I imported wasn't entered on the worksheets. When I entered the information on the worksheets it doubled the entries on the forms. The fourth one was because of a job search deduction I took last year, but not this year. I had to call support for help. Trying to e-file couldn't be completed until I called for support again and had to open an account on the Turbo Tax web site to complete the transaction. Support staff was very helpful. However, these are simple things that shouldn't happen.
What's great about it: Step by step very easy to use
What's not so great: Major problems e-filing my returns

Another Year, Another Good Turbo Tax Experience

I feel better about this year's filing than I ever have. The format walked me through with greater confidence. I would like to see the ability added to print copies of individual worksheets for recordkeeping. All in all, kudos to you all and thanks for your help. Send my software early this year. (P.S. You know us no-state tax guys get cheated on buying the whole package for the same price as those state tax guys.)
What's great about it: Improvements in checking entries are much better and provide greater assurance of the filing.
What's not so great: There were some features prior to this year that I liked better; but I can't complain. Chalk that up to progress.

It was a breeze overall but my return is very simple. One thing I accidentally checked was that I was a student and this was caught during the final error check. However, it wasn't really easy to go through the q/a again to tell the software that I was not a student.
What's great about it: Easy/fast
What's not so great: hard to find some things

2013 turbo tax evaluation

The data input was great. The questions asked were right on. But I went to print out the Federal and State tax returns, I was presented with 20 pages of output. I only needed 7 pages, so I save to pdf and printed out the 7 pages.
What's great about it: easy answering questions
What's not so great: Too much to print

I like getting money back

I have used Turbo Tax for years. I have never had a problem. It's a family program, sister and brother in law use it also/
What's great about it: very user friendly, love that it downloads information from my accounts.
What's not so great: Put in something that tells the system I don't have to file FL income tax.

Took away my angst

Always get stressed at this time of the year but Turbo Tax always make it so much easier to make it through the process.

The box indicates that you "get product support when/how you need it (via phone or live chat)." I could not find a phone number or live chat. The help took me to some sort of community. The community did respond to my question, but there was not background information on the person who responded.
What's great about it: In general, the software steps you through the process.
What's not so great: Help system issues
