Mildly satisfied

There are a lot of Q & A's but we were not able to chat with a real person and could not find a phone number to call for assistance. We did have some questions that we were unable to find answers to. This left I feeling as if we may have missed out on some return money.
What's great about it: Do it at our liesure
What's not so great: Could not communicate witha human

Top Notch and Easy!

Outstanding software! I appreciate the step by step approach and automatic process, however, please allow the preparer to have a sense of control especially on the tax owed v. refund filing steps. Please bring back the option of available tips and suggestions on how to maximize deductions for the following tax year. Suggestion to offer a loyalty discount for returning customers. Thanks Turbo Tax folks, as proven in any product -Quality makes your customers come back. -RC
What's great about it: Step by step process, easy retrieval and review of previous step processes.
What's not so great: Deduction of tax owed from refund. Provide the prepare an option instead of automatic default.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I liked seeing how my tax rate compared to others; I can no longer find this in TurboTax

Got my taxes done despite a tough year

I moved this year and so I had to file 2 state returns and try to divide up my income among the 2 states. The state returns seem to have too many options, although that's probably the states' fault. My tax return file got corrupted twice. I don't know why that happened, but fortunately I had Carbonite and was able to recover the file both times. It got an error 119. The good news is its done, the bad news was that I owe money.
What's great about it: Was able to file a federal and 2 state returns
What's not so great: State returns could have been better

Easy, Concise, Helpful

This is the second year we used Turbo Tax. It is pretty straight forward. A few questions but overall easy to use. Especially appreciate the E-filing however wondered why I was asked to pay to file State taxes when I paid for the deluxe edition that included State Tax returns.
What's great about it: Quick
What's not so great: Not all help statements are clear.

Great Tax submittal tool.

The Turbo Tax Advantage is extremely fast, accurate and easy to understand. Was able to go through the process, e-file and e-pay in about two hours. I especially like the way this software imports data from the prior year and includes it into current year forms. I would definitely recommend this software to anyone with an average income. Pricing is very reasonable and it gives you great peace of mind after you have filed.
What's great about it: Fast, easy, leads you through the process and makes it easy.
What's not so great: None
