Good product but overpriced

The charge per state is already high and does not include the cost of e-filing. This is ridiculous for a 17-yr-old who earned income in two different states in the past year.
What's great about it: software is easy to use

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years. It is super easy and very comprehensive. I like how it copies in last years tax information automatically. Admittedly, I treat it as a "black box," but it seems to produce a result in the range I expect, so I am happy.
What's great about it: Easy to use, seems to be correct
What's not so great: none
Pros: I bought or sold investments

It would be easier if you didn't have to scroll down to the next subject when you have completed a subject category.
We have used Turbo Tax for quite a few years and find it a good way to do our taxes.

What's great about it: Fairly easy, just enter the information and the rest is done for you.
What's not so great: Skips to the beginning when done with a category, i.e. income or deductions.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years. But some how I could not find my turbo tax file from 2011, so in 2012 had to start from scratch, very frustrating. Also I hate that Turbo Tax Deluxe is always asking me to up grade to Premiere or to Home and Business product. Lastly I found it difficult once I finished a topic to go back to it to enter info I missed the first time. Overall it is a great product that saves me money over going to tax professional.
What's great about it: Cover all the topics I need.
What's not so great: difficult to go back to topic if you need to add something.

I like the set up of filing my taxes this way, but I don't like the added on fees. Isn't the purchase price enough?
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Extra fees
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax for years for my own taxes and several others, too. I really like the way it eases me through each area. This year, there was one small fault that caused me some concern. When I went to e-file, it kept telling me there were updates to load, but there weren't any. It took over a week before the e-file worked successfully. That was a bit problematic.
other than that, I love Turbo Tax and definitely plan to purchase it again next year.
