this is a easy to use program and has great research features, very complete. do you have an online live person to talk to, I have never had to use the help service.
Overall, great program and of course i have used this for, well a long time ten years...??
great, straight forward, it would only be better if it were free for us... shouldn't every 10 year or 7th year be free
What's great about it: very easy to use and follow
What's not so great: the fees at the end are unknown until you file
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to follow instructions

The instructions are easy to follow. They give you detailed information as to where to find the numbers on your W-2 form.

Waited, waited, waited, waited for the ability to e-file.
so since just a few days before april 15th assume that e-file is never going to be an option for me …
repeatedly try and keep getting the message that my return cannot be validated and that I should file by mail.
why dunno ..
but it should not be my job to know … isn't that what turbo tax is supposed to do?

This program is very thorough and for 2 years now has produced the highest return for me. I am very happy at the ease of going thru this process after years and years of manually doing my tax's.

This is the first time I've filed my taxes myself using turbo tax. I'm in my 60's and it was very easy!
What's great about it: very easy
What's not so great: getting back to a tax form completed not yet filed was a little frustrating
