Can't Do Any Better

Admittedly, my tax situation is extremely uncomplicated so the process of gathering documents and inputting them to TurboTax was easier than most people will experience. But Zero tax due and Zero Refund is the Textbook Optimum for filing taxes.

Very convenient to download and enter information.

What's not so great: State return cost extra

TurboTax simple to use, been using it for years

I would not do my own taxes using the long form with all the deductions I have (house, family, investments etc.) if I did not have TurboTax.
With TurboTax all you have to do is answer questions and you can see with each answer the amount of your refund or the amount you owe.

I like being able to see last years figures so I can make sure I have everything I need for this year. Turbo Tax gathers all the information and fills out the forms.
What's great about it: Everything from prior year is filled in

overall was very good again
What's great about it: return was much more intuitive this year
What's not so great: i had a problem to correct and had to go to forms to see it but i had to go back through many screens to return

Quick and easy...as always

I'm a simple sole - not a complicated return. TurboTax is perfect for me. any questions I might have are easily answered with a quick link shown right next to the tax item in question. I finished my state and federal taxes in just 1 hour....yippee!
What's great about it: walks me through everything I need to be aware of when filing taxes.

not saving some answers

On boxes when checking for foreign investments and other forms of income, the responses for "None of the above" are not saved. Same on boxes referring to HSA, where it saves 2 answers, but not the 3rd.
What's not so great: When going back to review some boxes are not saved.
