What's great about it: self explanatory and great examples and clear directions
What's not so great: none I found..like the simplicity and flow

Very easy to use and intuitive in the layout of the program. Did my taxes in under an hour.
What's great about it: Very quick and easy, step by step
What's not so great: Some screens don't scroll with the mouse wheel.

Turbo Tax is Great

I have been using Turbotax for years and it has always given me the best returns possible without external advise. I feel confident in my results and it's step-by-step instructions makes filling out the taxes very easy. Also, by integrating it with Quicken and on line access to financial institutions has made it even easier to complete my taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to fill out. Walks you through all tax scenarios. Allows you compare multiple outcomes.
What's not so great: Removed multiple year comparisons this year. Needs more in depth tax explanations and examples.

My wife made some additional income writing articles and blog posts for a web site on Holistic Healing. It was the first time we had additional business type income and expenses. The questions that were asked to guide me through the process of making sure we covered everything were straight forward and easy to answer. All that early worrying and procrastinating for nothing.
What's great about it: Questions took me write through all the details
