Every section was clearly stated no guess work...Being able to stop program and gather more information when needed was extremely helpful. Editing is most wonderful.
What's great about it: very easy to follow directions

pretty good, still glitches

TTax provides good organization, cross referencing and copies/printing. Calculations appear accurate. It's still identifying a couple of errors that aren't -- only unusual situations -- and won't ever let go of them.
What's great about it: organizes info easily
What's not so great: still fusses with some slightly unusual -- but fully legal -- K-1 issues. Work on state return (wis) less good
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

no real problems with using. Getting into the habit on a routine basis for using the other electronic filing and data handling programs. Improve links to other sources of income and deductions.
What's great about it: simple and easy to use.

So So Easy to Use

The tax laws are too complicated. Turbo Tax just lets you breeze through the hyperbole and come out on top, smelling like a rose. What a relief to have something like TurboTax on your side!
What's great about it: zip, zip, done!
What's not so great: N/A (they didn't do the tax laws, fortuneately)

A little confused

It would be helpful if they told you what line to look at on your W-2, etc., and explained things a little more. I was nervous as a first-time user. I'm hoping I did it correctly.
What's great about it: Automatically filled in financial information from uploaded form
What's not so great: Could be clearer on state taxes

Quick and easy

Super easy and the import wizard made filing fast and simple. I did have a problem this year importing in my military retired pay, having to re-input the info rather than having it carried over. I also had a problem when I made an initial error inputting a charitable deduction I could not go back and fix it. I initially stated I gave property (mistaking it for Good will donation) and wanted to go back and change it for cash but couldn't.
Those were two minor problems that could be chalked up to "operator error". Overall, the software just keeps getting easier and faster each year.
What's great about it: Did my return in record time
What's not so great: Problem with my military retirement pay and deductions
