Turbo Tax has done a great job from year to year. A product that I can count on. Thank you.
What's great about it: ease of use
What's not so great: hard to make corrections on forms that turbo tax said had errors…. wouldn't let me do it!!

Great Stuff

I have used TurboTax for some years now and there are a lot of positive features. I don't need to run around getting the correct forms is a big advantage. Additionally, alone not having to check and recheck my math, or make changes, whenever a figure is updated is a big plus. The one downside, and maybe it is just due to my situation, is that I find a small percentage of the instructions either confusing or redundant.
What's great about it: Cuts out the red tape
What's not so great: A bit confusing at times

I will definitely use this product next year as long as it remains reasonably priced.
What's great about it: Guides you well through the whole process
What's not so great: Could use better built in support for common errors that pop up
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Import, e-file and the ability to choose what you work on is great.
I always have a bit of trouble picking which state to exclude as duplicate income.

I was not able to enter capital gains information manually from another source after I downloaded info from one company. also I had trouble printing my state return out after e-filing my federal return...it seems like you were forcing me 1. to upgrade to premier even though I've been using the deluxe version for years with the same basic information and 2. to e-file the state return--also, rediculously hard time just to give this review
