Painless taxes

Turbo Tax makes it easy! Honestly, there is no reason to go elsewhere to have taxes done. What ever the "big names" can do, Turbo Tax does at home, quietly, privately and at your leisure! Been using Turbo Tax for three years and have no intention on changing.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax lays it all out
What's not so great: when going through credits page it keeps going to the top instead of where it left off.

Thoughts moving forward

Start at the bottom when guiding through income and deductions.
Disappointed in that I had to refile my sons taxes. He turned 24 this year and when we did his taxes the system didn't point out that no else could claim him. This caused us to have to refile his taxes so he could claim himself. System should've flagged his return.
Also, when there states that haven't released their tables or rules, then just flash that up to save people time from looking through the return to see what is wrong. ugh!

printing problem

I have been using turbo tax for years. This is the only time I have encountered a problem. When I print forms the numbers do not come through readible. They are too light and do not show up on the forms. I think you should leave the program in black and white, use no color for the forms.
What's great about it: format great
What's not so great: color chosen for forms does not work with me

Very easy to use. Just point and click. Useful for the experienced as well as the novice.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
