Terrible

Charged my account to e-file with the state and then would not complete the transaction stating that my first and last names were the same even though it was not entered as such. I have used Turbo-Tax multiple times in the past and never had this trouble before. Not sure it was worth the money.
What's not so great: needed to complete 3X before an accurate return was achieved

Easy to Use

I've used your product for years. It is generally very easy to use. However, Turbo Tax should make the program easier for registered domestic partners. Turbo Tax should be able to "marry" or "merge" two individual tax returns so we don't have to enter all the information all over again. It's rather annoying and time consuming.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: Not so easy for RDP's.

What's great about it: What I thought would take about 16 hours to complete is done in less than 5 hours.
What's not so great: I'm fishing, time it takes to download & install software updates
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Very good tax software. Have used it for over 10 years.
What's great about it: Generally easy to use.
What's not so great: W-2 info has to be entered line by line. No Auto-populating from previous lines.

I've been using this for many years. It is intuitive and I can easily jump around, and still see what changes do to the federal and state refund line instantaneously. I can also quickly do what-ifs to see how things affect the bottom line. Fantastic software.
What's great about it: Imported last year's common data and my W-2
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2013 Individual Tax Return

The programs step by step review of a persons tax preparation is very through and easy to follow. Tax advise is great. I have used this program for years and i am very satisfied with Turbo Tax.

What's great about it: It lets you know when you may have missed something.
What's not so great: Not every area in which you may receive credits is listed.
