Saved my weekend!

I have been doing my parents' taxes with TurboTax for several years and I am always surprised at the improvements because I think they always hit the mark. TurboTax is intuitive and simple. I would suggest a way to enlarge the font so my parents can see the screens easily.
What's great about it: Loved the ease of navigating through each section.
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

The program is very easy to use and checks all available deductions. Found a couple new ones for me. It was fast, complete and easy. Glad I used it.

HSA guides and information in that area were a little difficult for me. Not sure what would have helped guide me through that area. Rest was fairly easy.

I have purchased no other tax prep software. I come back year after year.
What's great about it: Great in guiding you thru the tax information required
What's not so great: Need to make it easier to file state forms by printed forms

1 - A charity's zip code was rejected as invalid when a Google search proved it is not. But I couldn't get past it. Had to find another "valid address."
2 - If you want to "test" an option - like annualizing income to avoid a penalty and then realizing it's not worth the effort - the software keeps dragging you back to fill in information required for the path even though you didn't ultimately choose it.
3 - Sometimes the software seems to ignore your selections: e.g. when I repeatedly select "my business doesn't maintain an inventory" and the software repeatedly checks the box that I do.

Navigation around the return is better but could still be improved.
It would be good if there were options to print what's in the Turbo Tax Window versus the return other than through Print Screen, which has not worked reliably for me.
All that said, I've been using TT for a decade or so, so I can't hate it all that much, can I?
What's great about it: The hand-holding approach was overall effective...
What's not so great: However, it led to some annoying correction loops because false steps are saved

Lazy Girl Loves This

I just want my taxes over with - quickly. All I do is place all my year-end tax documents and forms into a folder, as I get them. When I'm ready to do my taxes - I get my folder; download turbo-tax; and click my way to the end in less then 2 hours (usually much less then 2 hours). It's a lazy girls dream.
What's great about it: You don't need to know anything about taxes
What's not so great: State e-file is a little pricey
