Hate help pages

Selected print return and got page giving instructions and faqs with no backout..
Figured out deleting pages moved back.
Hold key to long exited program.
What's not so great: Does not have return tag
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I really liked using TurboTax. I have been using an accountant for the past several years, but I found this was so easy to follow. Once I had all my info together, instead of giving to a third party, I was in control of the entire tax prep cycle.
What's great about it: Step by step walkthru makes it really easy.
What's not so great: Handling of Partnership income is very clumsy and inefficient
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

When I questioned the amoubt of money posted for our state tax refund for 2012 (received in2013) a kind lady (Seisa) helped me through my worksheet entries. When I read that worksheet after fretting and stewing about the amount, I saw the printed explanation for the number.

What's great about it: I worried that the new Oregon change in medical deductions would not be include and they were. I didn't need to worrry.

Good program but .....

Where a taxpayer pays tax in multiple states, the program does not check to verify that income items taxed in one state are not being taxed again in another state. This would be a simple thing to do and could alert the user that earnings are being taxed twice and or that related state credit forms have not been completed.
What's great about it: Solid for Federal return and relatively easy to use.
What's not so great: Weak in the area of multiple state returns.

Turbo Tax wasn't showing availability of forms, so I contacted Turbo Tax help. Ryan from TurboTax helped me to reinstall the Deluxe version and make sure that it worked correctly. I have used Turbo Tax for over ten years and it is the best tax preparation software on the market.

What's great about it: Looks familiar every year. Takes less time to complete every year. Step-by-Step really Helps

I feel as though you take me by the hand to walk through all the steps of my tax form and i appreciate all the double checking to be sure every form is complete and correct. I truly wonder why I took so long to check out Turbo Tax.

I have bought the turbo tax disk for the past 3 years. Don't they talk to they can combine the history page. Why tell me to deduct price of disk then say whoops didn't pay enough no deduction!
