Good product

The Federal Review screen does not make sense!! The credits shown and the taxes due and the taxes paid do not sum to the amount owed or refund due at the bottom. The 1040 information should be better summarized so that the result can be easily determined from the numbers in the summary!
What's great about it: helps get through process with attention to available deductions and credits
What's not so great: Federal summary screen is confusing!!!!

Understanding the filing process

I've used TurboTax Deluxe for three years and have always been satisfied. This year I had concerns over changes as my years have increased and received excellent advise for future filing. Thank you so much for your personal help.
What's great about it: I've always been able to get expert advise regarding concerns.
What's not so great: non
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Continuing Good software

I have used TurboTax since 2000 and it is easy to use; even used it when selling my house and buying a new house. Keeps information up to date and easily brings over prior year's tax information that is faster to complete (like charitable deductions and daycare providers info).
What's great about it: Transfers over prior year's information; electronically pulls in w-2 info.
What's not so great: Sometimes new situations are difficult to understand

i.e. in the area of additional insurance premiums was this medicare part b already included or did i need to add these premiums to get the deduction,or did turbo tax handle elsewhere.
What's great about it: the best overall tax product
What's not so great: it was tough for me to understand medicare part b premium handling.

Federal help Superb; WI needs improvement

What's great about it: Federal was so great!!!
What's not so great: I did not feel you had all the help I expected for my WI return

I have used TurboTax for many years and found it easy to use. This year, however, it has been an utter nightmare. Impossible to navigate.
