I love TurboTax!

I love TurboTax! The step-by-step system is fantastic. The tooltips details are very helpful, and links to the IRS publications let me double check everything. Very nice for us "belt-and-suspenders" types. And e-filing makes it a breeze.
What's great about it: TurboTax lets me do my taxes easily and completely.
What's not so great: Not so fantastic with local taxes in multiple cities.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Over 10 years of easy returns!

Over 10 years of using the program. Great guidance process makes the recording process easy. It helps get oneself organized by working in sections. If I missed an item, it allows me to quickly get back to it when I collect the missing information.
What's great about it: Easy guidance, great error checking
What's not so great: None in my case

Good product, been using for years, and plan on continuing to use this product.
What's great about it: Very easy to work through, gives good guidance
What's not so great: can't always go back and redo something very easy, this needs to be simplified in the software

Love Turbo Tax (for dummies)

It is so easy to use with simple instructions
and easy to follow directions.
It is inexpensive and easy to use.
Think of purchasing this as a cheap investment and insurance
for an accurate tax return.

Cant efile

I could not e-file. I had to mail it. It wanted me to update the file so I tried several times then mailed it. This means my tax refund will be delayed several weeks.
Another thing that could be a little better was having to go back and find a couple items on my prior year tax return. I've used TurboTax for several years straight so it should be able to find this information itself.
What's great about it: Idiot proof
What's not so great: Cant efile
