As painless as taxes can be

I appreciate the way TurboTax simplifies filing my taxes. Whether I bought a house, had a kid, or had a weird stock situation - TurboTax walks me through my tax return and makes it seem easy. I've been using TurboTax for years - and will be for years to come I'm sure.
What's great about it: TurboTax always walks me through my taxes in an easy to follow way
What's not so great: None. If only finding the my tax documents at tax time was as easy . . .

It's never fun NOT getting a refund but at least I feel confident that it's been done correctly.

I had an issue installing the CD I bought. I found out that it was because my computer is not current. It was so easy following instructions from the online support site to fix what was jamming the installation. I've used TurboTax for over 15 years now and don't shop for anything else. TurboTax is my go-to tax service.
What's great about it: Online Support to help installation issue. Clear & concise instructions.

I've been using TurboTax for 10 years now, and it just gets better! It's very intuitive and helpful, and I feel confident about doing this myself and being in control of my own finances.
What's great about it: walks you through every step.

Like the double checking - wish the forms could be consolidated - so much paper for a simple return - 40 pages including the worksheets which are important but there should be an opportunity to select just the sheets you need

What a relief!

I was anxious about getting my taxes done in time, because I was away for awhile prior to the beginning of April. However, the process was so smooth and easy that I was able to finish early. This is a great product!
What's great about it: Easy step-by-step process makes sure I don't overlook something. Detailed calculations are hidden unless I want to look.
What's not so great: Going back and forth to forms takes a while. It wasn't clear what quickzoom does--and how ot get the origin of a number.
