Medical needs a quick total. Most people do not meet the amount. But did not see it easily. Hate to go through process to find out, not enough.
Why can't you rem. even more info from past return if done on same computer with Turbo Tax 2012. Entered a lot of stuff twice and had to find my 2012 taxes.

What's great about it: Most catagories are very straight forward.
What's not so great: Some of the things the normal person has no clue about.

I used TurboTax 2012 and because it was so simple I decided to use it again this year. I fully intend on using it again next year too! Thanks TurboTax.
What's great about it: helpful and informative
What's not so great: somewhat confusing at times
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Overall, the process of doing my taxes is very easy, using this product.
What's great about it: The program routes you, step-by-step, so you don't feel like you've missed anything
What's not so great: At one point, I neeed to pull up last year's state return, to validate an entry. The program should d that.

TurboTax is getting more complicated and difficult

Every time I have downloaded Turbo Tax, it has changed. It has become more complicated every year. This year is the worst. From changing an easy to find comparison summary, to lost in forms; to printing out 47 pages of Greek hieroglyphs which wastes my paper & ink; to changing my security question with ridiculous new questions; and why can I NOT pay the state fee out of our checking account instead of charging our credit card??? This is just an exercise in collecting information. I am really getting disgusted with TurboTax...and we have a very simple return! And now I will add this survey to the list!
What's great about it: It is easy to purchase & download
What's not so great: More difficult to find summary
