Great product, step by step instruction are easy to follow, easy to go back and edit areas.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very easy and good tax software. Just a little afraid of clicking something like view files and not getting back or not saving properly when closing.
What's great about it: easy to walk through taxes
What's not so great: afraid of clicking something that might hurt my taxes

I completed my itemized (house, etc...) deduction in less than 20 minutes by using Turbo Tax each year. The carry-over feature and ease of the program means I can do in 20 minutes what used to take my father over 2 weeks to complete.
What's great about it: Carries over previous year's information.
What's not so great: None

The TT site for community questions was down.
What's great about it: easy
What's not so great: After being sent to a none TT site I could not return to TT without rebooting TT.

Last year a Form 4852 was included in the package to the IRS. Although I see an explanation for a Charitable deduction, there isn't any explanation included in the package to the IRS. How do they find this out?
