I have been using turbotax since 2001. Never had a problem with the software. get regular updates. Filing is straightforward, no need to be an accountant. The instructions are easy to read and to follow. A great product.
What's great about it: Easy to use, fast and convenient.
What's not so great: price increases every year

Convenient and easy

Our tax info is staight forward and requires little change each year. The carryover information from previous years makes it convenient where you don't have regenerate input each year . The step through with each section is easy to input information with just a click. And the check for errors feature saves time and worry if you completed your taxes correctly.

What's great about it: It Deductable - easy to use and assessible
What's not so great: Updates need to be more timely....April 15th is almost here.

Filing in PJ's

Completing taxes in my PJ's is worth the price of the simple and easy-to-use software. Each section of questions was straightforward. Don't have to guess what does (fill in IRS lingo here) mean. TurboTax even explains the IRS lingo. Tax filing is a lot of forms and form numbers. If you are not sure about the form name or number, TurboTax explains what the form is used for which makes finding it easier and determining if you should have it or not.
What's great about it: Just click answers, go back to any place in the filing process
What's not so great: Reopening the already started form was not as easy as it could have been.

Turbo Tax - The Best

Until I discovered Turbo Tax I absolutely hated tax time. I have been using Turbo Tax since it was first introduced and can say unequivocally that it is absolutely the very best tax preparation software on the market for personal tax preparation. From the filing of my first return using Turbo Tax I was sold. Have not bounced back and forth trying any other "wanna be's". If you want the best in tax preparation software, accept nothing less than the BEST - Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Thorough, accurate, and easy to use.
What's not so great: No cons.
