Disappointed with the update process this year. Also, had to reload turbo tax to print my state return. I had a lot of problems this year with turbo tax. After 20 years of use. Hope it's better next year.

I still like to use it even if it is quite expensive.

Easier than ever

Would have appreciated an option at that point; if a form will not be available until years end, it does me no good- so I would have just used the state tax deduction;
What's great about it: I liked having last years info already filed
What's not so great: Not being able to select state tax verses sales tax deducion when form wasn't available

I have a house..so there are deductions...I did my taxes in under 30 minutes...and filed them too...
Every year for about 10 years now I have used Turbo-tax, I used to pay a company...Easy instructions to follow, and easy one click through sections...

What's great about it: the yearly carry over....makes it so easy
What's not so great: ...when I have to pay taxes..not Turbo-tax fault..they try to get it all for you
