Great and easy to use

What's great about it: Easy to use, Love the importing of my W-2's and other financial information.
What's not so great: My one irritation; when I complete a sections it returns to the top of the form and I have to scroll down to continue.

Have been a TurboTax customer for many years, but this will likely be the last. This year has been a nightmare to use, will probably go back to having someone prepare my taxes for me.
What's not so great: could not transmit my return, but e-file cost had already been taken from my checking account

I started using Turbo Tax in 1997 and have used it ever since. I started using it while I was still working and have continued right through my retirement years. It has made filing both State and Federal taxes a real pleasure to work on. Before Turbo Tax I used another computer based software. After a couple of issues with that software, a friend suggested I try Turbo Tax. After that first time I never looked for another software package to replace it. It's great! Now one of my daughters has been using it for her and her family for the last 5-6 years, they like it as much as I do.

What's great about it: Very straight forward....love how it guides you through
What's not so great: sometimes hard to get answers because you don't know the proper lingo to ask questions

What's great about it: helpful to highlight errors/missed data
What's not so great: the mileage/commute part overly detailed--wanting auto info

I would recommend this as far superior to paying to have your taxes done. All the bases were covered.
What's great about it: This was a very easy way to prepare taxes. I felt confident in the simple breakdown of steps.

TurboTax is a wicked smart way to prepare and file your taxes! As long as you have your paperwork ready, TurboTax takes the guesswork out of filing!! Been using it for 8 years and wont be using a tax preparer ever again.....
What's great about it: Its simple, smart, and time saving!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
