My Deluxe version of TT asked me to pay for the first state return. During a customer support chat, the rep sent me the state return that he stated should have been included with my Deluxe package.

I would like the app to return to the line I left the previous day.
What's great about it: great software, covered all my needs including a rental
What's not so great: When you close the app and come back it does not take you to the exact spot you left.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Mostly it went smoothly. Turbo tax didn't let me know if the reason for my higher taxes was the result of a higher income bracket or if it was because of additional government taxes.
What's great about it: Let me go back and correct mistakes
What's not so great: Did not understand some terms--need a tax dictionary
