Great Refund

I have had excellent results with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Quick transfer of all data
What's not so great: Shorten up the scroll to the bottom

E-file glitch

I've used TurboTax for years and appreciate the program taking lots of work out of tax filing. This year I had a problem with it not exiling because it couldn't validate because it said I needed an update but there was no update when I tried to update!
Customer support chat helped fix the glitch (force quit and restart) but it was a 45-minute addition to tax preparation this year and some anxiety because I had already paid the e-file amount.
What's great about it: Takes me through step by step
What's not so great: Glitch when e-filing

Love TurboTax!

I would recommend TurboTax to anyone! It is very easy and simple to use. The software walks you through step-by-step everything you need to do to file your taxes. It simplifies things so really anyone can click through the steps, answer the appropriate questions, and get quick and easy tips/help for items that require more thought.
What's great about it: incredibly straight-forward and easy
What's not so great: auto taxes could have been more clear

Another outstanding simple year using Turbotax

This is my 10th year using Turbotax and I believe each year it keeps getting easier and quicker using it. Everything is at my fingertips from easy updates to finding my biggest refund. Entering my information is a snap since it carrys over alot of it from the year before. Anything I don't understand is explained to me in simple terms with out alot of the big tax words.
In short Turbotax is the best and quickest tax program on the market and I'm looking forward to using it for another 10 plus years.

Love Turbo Tax

Love Turbo Tax! I don't understand why people pay $200+ for someone to do their taxes when you can do it yourself with Turbo Tax!

Great Amount for refund but state had problems

Turbo Tax was easy to use but for some strange reason are state was not free even though the software says one free state efile.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: State was not free we got charged at the end and it said we get one free state
