BEEN USING TURBO TAX SINCE IT FIRST STARTED AND HAVE ALWAYS FOUND IT TO BE VERY EASY.
What's great about it: The whole program was easy to use and very understandable
What's not so great: nothing whatsoever

E-File Does Not work

Preparing the taxes was easy, but when it was time to file the return it would not transmit. VERY FRUSTRATING. This happened on both my return and my daughters return.
Now I have to pay postage and print 32 pages of tax returns.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: E-File would not work

Turbo Tax

Intuit continues to try and make using Turbo tax easier but sometimes you mess with a good thing.
I believe most of the new "features" introduced since 2011 now just get in the way.
However, I am sticking wit the product since it is still a great tax filing tool.

What's great about it: Makes it convenient to file taxes
What's not so great: Somewhat confusing to find certain features

Super Easy!

I have used TurboTax for many years now and even though there are many other tax preparation options, I keep coming back to TurboTax. I trust their integrity and believe the process covers all of the necessary bases for filing the best return I can.
What's great about it: TurboTax walks you through every step of the process in easily undestandable terms.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

IMPROVED TURBOTAX

Continues to be easy to use and I find fewer errors.
What's great about it: Software gets better each year. Download of data from financial institutions is easier than ever.
What's not so great: Would like to be able to sort lists (such as charitable donations) by alpha or charitable amount
