I had a stock which converted to a partnership before I sold it and took a capital gain. I had to manipulate the program to make it work. I had to enter considerable data by hand
What's great about it: Good for a simple return
What's not so great: struggled with Schedule K
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Guides the user on a step by step system and shows him/her on what he/she need to do to have an accurate return.
What's great about it: Accurate and covers everything to my knowledge.
What's not so great: Nothing, really.

TurboTax Federal Returns 2013

The program this year was improved over last year. I did not like the updates coming so late in the process; they should have been prompted immediately when program launched similar to past versions. Also, this is first time filing a joint return since 1980's and I did not think the instructions as to when to add spouse income, expenses, etc. were very clear.
What's great about it: Thoroughness, Ease and Convenience of TurboTax
What's not so great: The instructions for Joint Returns were not very clear.

Always a relatively easy time, most questions are generally answered, and I learn along the way, for future potential savings.
What's great about it: very quick, accurate
What's not so great: had a hard time finding my files from last year, I hid them too well.

Turbo Tax is a very well prepared product. I've used it for several years and you can't beat it. I would recommend it to everyone. I wish more people would give it a try. It's very thorough and answers about any question you could ask for. Thanks for a great product.
