I have used TurboTax for several years. It is easy to follow, and I am confident that it covers all the bases for my filing purposes. I like that it imports from previous years which saves time and effort. I allow TurboTax to lead me through the initial filling out of forms, but I choose what to work on when I edit and update. The only con I have is that it is a little slow to load and a little slow when jumping between sections. I would highly recommend it.
What's great about it: Easy to follow. Two modes to use for preparation.
What's not so great: Slow to load and slow between pages at times.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Being charged for Deluxe State filing

I don't like that it states that I will receive one free AZ state tax e-filing and now I'm being charged.
What's great about it: It was quick and easy.
What's not so great: Being charged to file my state taxes when it said that I had a free filing.

Awesome Software

I have been using TurboTax for several years and love how easy the software is to use. I like the help feature though I don't often have to use it. Makes doing your returns simple and easy.
What's great about it: So easy to use
What's not so great: None

Easy

Over all a great easy to use product. This was my first year doing my own taxes, I've always had a CPA do them but wanted to cut the expense of having them do my taxes. The quick guided fill in works great; not always the best explanation where to find all the information needed tho. But I'll use it again and would recommend to others.

Fastest File To-Date

By far the fastest and easiest return I've ever done. Turbo Tax format has remained so consistent over the years, that now I pretty much know what to expect for each section. The special "What is this" links are always useful, and seem to be clearly explained this year.
What's great about it: Transferring data saved tons of time. I just had to add or delete a few things.
What's not so great: I had a lot of charitable contributions this year and forgot to include two of them. I'd like a more careful reminder.

I bought the deluxe version at the store at 2 and by 4 this afternoon my taxes were submitted.....done! 20th year using Turbo Tax....I LOVE IT! I tell everyone I know - Turbo Tax is the only way to file your taxes! My CPA friends hate me.....
