Repeated pushing of (unwanted) services, e.g.:
- Having to skip the "Keep Up To Date with Tax Law" start page, and, even more annoying, having to confirm answer every time.
- Repeated pushing of audit services, no means no.

Overly cumbersome - For someone with essentially the same return each year, there should be a way to streamline the process. It takes considerably longer than it should to complete the return, largely because of time spent on reading/answering questions that have had the same answer for the last 10 years.
What's great about it: Thorough
What's not so great: Repeated pushing of (unwanted) services. Overly cumbersome.

I like the option of downloading tax info from a financial institution. That helps a lot when I don't understand the forms they have sent me.
What's great about it: Helps me with things I don't understand.
What's not so great: Have to answer same questions again to get back to a page that's been done.

Less stress

I was less stressed. I liked how it showed last years so I could see the difference. My biggest trouble was trying to go back to something. I do feel confident that everything was covered.
What's great about it: Step by step, even if I had nothing to do with topic, I could double check
What's not so great: I had some trouble going back and changing pages sometimes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Can't Wait For Tax Season 2015

I've used Turbo Tax for at LEAST the past 6 years (maybe more). I keep coming back for the ease of use and also because transferring in files from previous years makes the current tax year easier.
The program makes it very simple when you make life changes to reflect that on your taxes. The government makes things complicated... but Turbo Tax is great.
This year, I even had a tax professional look over past year returns and he said he'd be happy to file my taxes, but he didn't think there was anything further that he could do that I hadn't already done. Ultimately - I stuck with Turbo Tax again!!
What's great about it: Easy to use process, simple explanations, great help section

IT GETS BETTER EVERY YEAR

As a long-term TurboTax user, I am amazed at the ever-increasing features and improvements in each year's issue. I completed my returns in record time. I was especially pleased with the ease in being able to access so much of the data on-line direct from the various sources, and didn't have to copy all the line data into my return from paper reports.
The report checker caught several overlooked items, which saved me a bundle. The free upload was a most-welcome bonus feature. I'm actually going to look forward to next year's tax preparation, just to see what new features TurboTax will have for us to enjoy.
What's great about it: It walks you through the entire process with ease, yet allows you to go direct to the forms whenever you desire.

Awesome As Always

if there were a insert path to W-2 pdf and auto fill in details, that would make this uber amazing. As it is, it can't be beat. Imported my details from last years taxes and the rest was simple from there.
I was really dreading filling my taxes out, but I should have done it a lot sooner.
What's great about it: So simple. Importing my info from the past years taxes was awesome.
What's not so great: None

This is my 3rd turbo tax e filing. Happy with it will be doing my taxes again next year with Turbo Tax.

Great program!

I like the program and don't honestly know how I could go back to manual preparation; I've been doing this for many years with Turbo Tax. The user interface is good, the options for different ways to approach the tax prep make it good for people of all abilities.
What's great about it: Does not miss anything
What's not so great: Too many offers to sell me an upgrade
Pros: I bought or sold investments
