State Rejected

Received a rejection notice from the state. Opened TurboTax to fix what it said was wrong. Went thru the process several times trying to follow the steps to correct the issue, but none of the steps were available. Ended up just submitting for a 2nd time without changing or adding any additional information. Couldn't get to any of the information the directions said I needed to follow carefully. If rejected again, will just have to submit by mail. Wonder if I will get my state return fee refunded.
What's great about it: Usually very clear on what info is required
What's not so great: Email about rejected return wasn't helpful at all

What's great about it: Turbo Tax always is up-to-date on new laws and makes the task of doing your taxes so easy
What's not so great: Sometimes difficult to back-track to the right spot.

Over all, even with all the pesky little questions, this is so much easier than it used to be! To finish in one afternoon was amazing! Normally I have to set aside an entire day for this! Thanks, Turbo Tax for making it such a breeze!
What's great about it: In one afternoon, I downloaded the program, located all documents, completed the questions and filed the return!
What's not so great: I think some improvement is needed on the charitable contributions itemized page!

Really easy to do

I have been using Turbo Tax for as long as I can remember itr being available.. I used to do it manually then using my own programmed tool using Basic and the tax tables I actually typed in. Gosh, but that was a lot of work. Thank you Turboi Tax for adding years to my good life. Anarg
What's great about it: proactive, interactive, and really intuitive
What's not so great: wht charge for state filing
