Great and Simple Process

I have used Turbo Tax for the last fifteen (15) years without any problems.
Great product that keeps getting better.

Great Product with only a few issues

Overall a great value with many improvements from last year. The only opportunities for improvement I see are with 1) security transactions (once I selected that I would mail in all my security transaction statements instead of typing them in, it would not allow me to change that and then enter them unless I blew away the entry and started over), and 2) printing (TurboTax should assume or account for users printing double sided to save paper and adjust the paging to ensure the user doesn't have to reprint individual pages just to get the final package looking correct).
What's great about it: Easy to use, fairly intuitive
What's not so great: Security transactions and printing

This was the first time I had to do my taxes on my own. I had to contact TurboTax for several different reasons including technical support, customer service and tax advice. First, I needed assistance downloading turbo tax on my MAC since I do not have a disc drive. The person who helped me was patient, informative and personable. Next, I needed some assistance from customer service helping me navigate getting started and understanding the process (I hit a button twice and didn't understand the popup directions). Last, I needed some tax advice. Each time, the TurboTax representative was extremely helpful, personable and genuinely enjoyable to work with. While doing taxes is an unpleasant experience, TurboTax made the task bearable and was the best part of the whole experience. Thank you, TurboTax, for you professionalism and expertise!

Great Refund

This program did help me find some credits which I would not have known about on my own, or would have forgotten about on my own, which got me a refund, both for federal and state, in a time, when we definitely need the money!

We had trouble with the final validation due to the software updates, but the help center had the solution with saving, closing Turbotax, and rebooting.

Really love using this software. I have been using turbo tax for the last 5 years. Will continue to use it as well. Love love love turbo tax.
