I find TurboTax far too complicated. It is difficult to just enter a value without having to search for the associated worksheet. Sometimes I had "errors," but could not easily find how to correct them. It had to do with deleting some entries the wrong way. The error diagnostics are not good.
I also was VERY frustrated by the fact that TurboTax does not automatically save the entered information
What's great about it: E-filing
What's not so great: Too many worksheets that are hard to find. Does not automatically save entries

a little above poor this year for some reason...I hit button to send my forms and never heard anything...finally I checked to find that "forms" were no ready at the time I originally did my taxes about a month prior...now they have been sent...otherwise, I thought my Fed. had already been filed...never had this problem in the past...frustration...
What's great about it: sort of easy
What's not so great: ...thought I had sent forms...but in reality...they weree not sent until about a mont later...

I enjoyed doing my taxes, it was easy and simple, went through the long version and had TurboTax ask me all the questions to make sure I didn't miss anything, I felt these are the same questions any tax preparers ask, I will continue to use TurboTax in the future

What's not so great: Price of filing the state return, bummer

For some reason, I could not delete form 8839 from my turbo tax list. karenw figured out what I had done wrong and a simple change in code application on my w2 fixed the problem immediately. Thanks again Karen!

Forms to sent with return

It ended with a warning that certain forms need to be sent and it would let me know. It didn't. The only form I am returning is the payment voucher.
