Wicked Easy

Very easy to use. I look forward to doing my taxes now.... In the past, without Turbo Tax, it was job very similar to washing the dog...Yeah just like that !!!
What's great about it: Very easy to use. Very detailed
What's not so great: None yet

I have been using Turbo Tax for a few years. I am so happy with the way it takes all the guess work out of this annual chore.

It did take a little time but it was worth it. It wasn't hard at all and it explained things very well. It is alot cheaper than getting it done some where. I am happy with it and will continue to use it from now on.
What's great about it: Very easy and alot cheaper then other places
What's not so great: alittle time consuming but still pleased with it
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I accidently downloaded a version of TurboTax without the State portion. The representative sent me the link for the State portion for FREE!!! This is why I have used TurboTax every year for 18 years now. Thanks so much.

Have been using Turbo Tax for years. It seems they improve things just a bit every year. I noticed this year it was very easy to get my questions answered. Will continue to use them in the future!
What's great about it: knows all the right forms, does all the math

To get my teenager "ready for the real world" I sat down with her, gave her the needed paper work, IE W2s, interest paid, and so on. I let her walk thru the questions and fill in the blanks.
True our tax situation is not real complex but we do have Home deductions, Charities, and her college stuff.
I'm sure she can do her own taxes now using TruboTax.

Very easy and understandable

Recommend a section be added to records short comments or notes regarding specific tax entry. For example, the comment can record the total cost of all medical insurance premiums by insurance type,e.g.., dental premium ($1000) + Medical Supplement ( 3 qtrs @ $50 ) + 1 qtry @ $59 for Short Term Recovery ( Total entry back up = $XXXX). This note/comment can quickly record your thought process or back up data from various entries.
What's great about it: quick calculation of tax update
