still didn't fix IT-399 (NY)

Can't get rid of form IT-399 in New York return. I used it years ago but no longer need it. However, Turbo Tax brings it up every year and I have to enter 0 NY deductions and 0 NY additions or the program will not continue.
What's not so great: still didn't fix IT-399 (NY)

Another Good Job, Turbo Tax

I am a long time Turbo Tax user for 3 to 5 returns annually. this year has been simple, direct and economical way to discharge my personal tax responsibilities. Thank you,
What's great about it: Constant updates from the IRS; Much more helpful, asking more intuitive questions to help you find the right answers
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

TurboTax is great

I love TurboTax. I love how it automatically brings in my answers from last year so I can compare to see if I forgot something. It has a great interview style with easy questions. But it still lets me view the form - in case I need to see where I am in the process. It let's me bookmark items to return to later when I have found my paperwork.
What's great about it: Easy interview style

I have been using TurboTax since it was introduced. It has always been easy to use. The ability to drill down for more information on more complex issues builds confidence that I am making the correct choices in the data I input. The final error check catches anything I might have missed. It does everything that I expect it to and it does it well and easily.
What's great about it: Easy to use, thorough, can bypass inapplicable elements
What's not so great: Software price, fee for efiling state return
