I have used turbo tax for a number of years and appreciate the clarity of the directions. Like I said if I can do the process anybody with a normal intelligence can do it. It reminds me of doing a puzzle......if I get the wrong data....it is clear that it doesn't fit and turbo tax will tell you immediately and helps you fix it. Every year when I am finished.....filed, I am again relaxed. Thank you Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: The questions are easy to understand
What's not so great: It causes frustration at times..Probably not your fault

After having used TurboTax in the past it's pretty intuitive.
What's great about it: Great leadthrough
What's not so great: Not so easy to remove pages carried over from previous years, e.g., Schedule C
